Book a Studio or On Location Photo Session

Visual Steps : See Review of the Booking Process


Pick a Date & Time – Choose one of the Booking Blocks and select a date and time from the booking calerndar, or scroll down to the bottom of the calendar to request an alternate time. I’ll confirm if it works before you lock it in and then you can complete the process.

  1. Fill Out the Questionnaire & Photo Agreement – These give us both the details we need to make the session as successful as possible and to establishe the policies. If something’s confusing, reach out before completing the booking agreement.
  2. Secure Your Spot with Payment – You can choose to use E-transfer (temporarily unavailable due to computer changeover happening in late December 2025) or credit card via PayPal (no account needed) to pay for your Session (photo time only) or your Session with a Collection (with print products).
  3. Session Only bookings for In Studio and Outdoors do not include any print products nor files.
  4. Proof Gallery-After viewing your proof gallery, which will be sent to you as a private online gallery within seven to fourteen days depending on volume of images that have been requested or the type of session, you can then purchase whatever products you love.


A few useful tips:



  • Best Times for Outdoor Photos – Sessions look amazing about two hours before sunset or first thing in the morning. Don’t worry—we can usually shift the start time a little if needed.
  • Not Sure on Timing? – Just ask me before you start the booking process. I’m happy to help figure out what works best! (There's a contact block at the bottom of this page.)
  • Special Requests Welcome – If anyone in your group, including pets, needs extra considerations to have an enjoyable photo session, let me know ahead of time via email or a call or you can note the information on the questionnaire.
  • Let’s Prep Together – I can help with outfit choices, location ideas, or send you one of my style guides. We can chat by phone or email—whatever works best for you.
