When You Book a Photo Session with Me

An Agreement for Photography Services and Products is Part of the Process

A session fee (retainer) is required to book and covers photography time. Images, prints, and products are purchased separately unless included in your Collection.
Sessions are up to one hour.
You receive only the images you purchase or that are specifically included.
Proof galleries show lightly edited images. Final retouching is done only on purchased images.
Prints include a small, social-media–ready digital file.
Turnaround time for purchased images is up to 4 weeks (custom products may take longer). Communication will happen if the print products are delayed.
Cancellations receive an 80% refund. One reschedule is allowed within one month.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used as stated.
Vouchers are for promotions and have expiry dates.
I retain copyright to all images (Canadian Law).
Purchased images may be used for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be altered with filters or AI.
Images may be used for my portfolio and marketing unless you opt out within two days of your session.
Your safety and comfort (and your pet’s!) come first — sessions may end early if needed, with flexible options afterward.
