General Gift Card FAQ


How do I purchase a gift card?

-Just go to the Gift Card Gallery, click on the first image you see and then make your Gift Card seletion. You can use either e-transfer or a credit card via PayPay. ( You don't have to have a PayPal account.) I will send you a code and that your recipient will use to book the session at their convenience along with a description of what is included.


How do I present the Gift Certicate?

-The gift card code that you will receive via the certificate, will enable your recipient to book their session. You will give that code and the description to your recipient along with a note in a card, or fastened to a photo frame that you purchase OR you can ask me to print off the certificate that you can then present.


When does the recipient get their prints or files?

-When your recipient has completed their session, another code will be sent to them along with their proof gallery so they may choose their images as per the products included with the gift certificate.


Can I get a refund?

-All sales and sessions purchased with the gift certificate are final.

-The Gift Certificate does not have cash value and can only be used as described above.


Does the Gift Certificate Expire?

-No, unlike a voucher, gift certificates purchased in Canada do not expire, but I would suggest that the gift certificate recipient use the certificate in a timely fashion. There is no expiry date, but businesses, unfortunately, do not last forever!


What if a code is lost?

-That is not a problem! I keep a record of all gift certificate sales. If the code is lost,  the purchaser can contact me with their name and email, and I'll resend it.

Good Tip: If the purchaser wishes, a really good idea is to also provide me with the name and email of the recipient. That way, they can contact me for help, AND I can remind them every six months of so if they don't use it right away!
